What Verified costs
A flat monthly price. No per-lead charges, no bidding against other crews for the same job, no contract.
The first 25 businesses pay the founding price for as long as they stay subscribed. After that, Verified is $29 a month or $290 a year.

Do I pay for each lead?
No. Verified is one flat price a month. Requests from the form on your page go only to you, and we never sell them or send them to other businesses.
Why is my business already listed?
We listed Maryland yard businesses from open map data published by the Overture Maps Foundation so homeowners can find them. Your listing says "Unclaimed" until you claim it. If you would rather it came down, contact us.
Can I pay to remove a bad review?
No. You can reply to any review in public, and report one that breaks our review guidelines. We never remove a review because it's negative.
How do I cancel?
Any time: contact us and we'll cancel it. Verified stays on until the end of the period you've paid for, then your listing goes back to Free.
I'm a nursery or stone yard, not a crew. Can I list?
Yes. Yard suppliers get the same plans and price, and your street address shows so people can visit.
